Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility Overview

Due to the sensitive nature, strict temperature considerations, and purity standards of laboratory research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened, unsealed, or handled products. Unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging may be eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

2. Damaged or Faulty Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, you must notify our team within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement or store credit. Please follow these steps:

1. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and damaged contents.
2. Email the photos along with your order number to sales@vls-retatrutide.co.uk.
3. Retain all packaging materials for verification.

3. Refund Process

Once an authorized return is received and inspected at our UK facility, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item sent was incorrect or damaged prior to transit.
